Clear Lake 8/14

       Ran into one of the local guides today and he said that the top water bite had turned on.  his quote "anything   and everything on top" 
 Tommorrow im headed out from county park and fishing east to state park (kelsey creek) then back. I plan on showing up at county park at 2:00 and fishing till dark and  maybe more.  i could possibly do earlier if someone is interested.
 hoping to get in on the action flippin frogs.
