So my wife suddenly has to work on Sunday so my day with the boy at the Yakhopper event is out.  I have tomorrow to fish if I like though.  With winds at less than 5mph and a swell report of 3ft or less I'm thinking it's looking pretty good for tomorrow on the Sonoma Coast.

I'm going to make a mad dash this afternoon to try and find a wetsuit for my 10yr old.  He's about 5' tall and 110lbs.  I'm thinking that he'd be in the largest youth wetsuit or a small adult suit.  We're going to hit Petaluma Dive Supply (b/c it's closest) but where else would likely have a good selection of suits in our area?  If I can find one to fit him he'll be riding on the back of my Pro Angler in the morning for his first jigging trip.

If we can't find one he'll still be on the back of the PA tomorrow but we'll likely be on Lake Sonoma instead!

Thanks guys!  I'd really love to get my son out there tomorrow.  After I brought home that cooler full of fish last weekend I could see the disappointment in his face b/c he didn't get to go.  I told him he'd just have to sit flat in the tank well, wear his PFD and a wetsuit, and mind himself so he didn't end up in the drink.  He's always fished with me on my Pro Angler and it's never been an issue.  Obviously we'll be extremely mindful of the conditions but if the swell is like it was last weekend I don't think it'll be an issue doubling up with him out there.  Who knows, maybe he'll even make a little chum for me!! LOL

I've got one you could borrow. Should fit him just right.

I'm in Santa Rosa. Hit with a PM if you're interested.

Thanks fishkraft!  I'll see what the local shops have and if I can't find one I'll definitely hit you up!  I appreciate it!
