Fernando aka Adoboat joined me today on the Sacramento River trolling for salmon in my North River.  We launched at Elkhorn and headed upstream to anchor for a while.  After 30 seconds on the anchor we get a drive by that inspired us greatly.  3 hours later our inspiration expired and we set about trolling.  Fernando suggested we change the radio station and that’s all that it took……..a 23 pound buck grabbed his K-14.  After a few trips around the boat and some quick runs he came to the net.  Well done.  We both had other agenda later in the day so we called it at 1 PM and headed in.  Thanks for crewing with me today Fernando.

Here’s the prize.
