Anyone interested in a shore dive hook-up this saturday morning? I'm thinking Fort Ross to Salt Point region -- where ever conditions look the best. I would be driving up from SF if anyone wants to carpool we could save on gas. I'm experienced, typically dive 30' and under and will be targeting both fish and abs. Anyone game?

Cheers,
Chopper

I might be able to make it Saturday morning. I would have to meet you there though as would be heading east after. Are you on a kayak or shore diving? I don't have a kayak yet. How is it looking for the weekend?

It'll be a shore dive. I just heard back from a local friend that he'll be going so it looks like my car will be full -- so it would have to be a meet up anyway now.

There's been swell in the water this week but is on the way down. I'm not sure what to expect on visibility -- probably not the best but maybe we'll luck out. High tide is at 6:32 at 4.7' and dropping all morning to a 2.6 at noon. Haven't checked the wind reports.

Haven't checked the wind reports.

Wind is supposed to be pretty mellow all weekend.

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...
