I grew up in Concord, in what we used to call "The 99% zone" (where we were so close to the Naval Weapons Base if a nuke took it out there was a 99% chance we would be vaporized <LOL>) Some of my old neighbors and family are all excited (or concerned) about this.

From a logistics standpoint, the Naval Weapons Base, Inland Area is huge, it is adjacent to a major freeway (better to move those troops) it actually touches the BART station, and there is a LARGE portion of undeveloped land, that could take 3-4 stadiums without getting crowded, or even without going into the hilly portion of the base.

Not only that, but stepping out of a Concord Stadium into the adjacent neighborhoods would be about 50X safer than stepping out into Oakland,,, OK I guess until you bring in the actual Raider fans...

I didn't think the Niners are going to rename to be the Santa Clara Niners are they? If they can do it, I doubt Oakland would rename either..
Let me explain something to you. Um, I am not "Mr. Lebowski". You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing.
