WTB First Kayak

A good friend of mine is looking to join the madness and is ready to purchase his first kayak.  Most of his fishing will be around here on the Sac area lakes/rivers.  He is looking for something in the 12'-14' range and has about $600 or so to spend.  Either reply here or send me a pm if you've got anything available.
