Looking for professional help with my website and other stuff.

I'm looking for someone who is really good at constructing websites.  I am currently using wordpress, and am happy, but really need to do some upgrades and tying up of loose ends. I'm at the end of my ability to do this.  Looking for someone who does websites at the level that I do artwork right now I feel like I'm doing my work a bit of disservice with the way it is now. 

I'd also like someone who can meet up and kinda work together on this and help make my design ideas a reality or shoot them down .  Either way a team kinda thing is what I'm looking for.
