I think this is my last chance to get out and fish the west coast. I'll be hitting the combat zone around 4a hopefully and will be out of there around 830ish. Here's to hoping!

Yup, whole reason to get there early is to hopefully get on that side. Was watching people hoook up constantly on that side the last time I was there.

isnt it annoying! the majority of the hook ups are on the left. Try more like 3am, at that time there is already 15 people on the left, lol.

Any suggestions exactly how long a leader I should use? And/or how far from the worm I hsould put the weight (or use a slider).

He suggested ^^^ long but last time I hooked up I was using a split shot 10-12" below my worm. So was James and we both hooked up.

What do I know cant even land a fish.
