Restaurant??? Seriously??
Secluded corner of the beach, blanket, picnic basket (or the like), couple bottles of wine.  Good crackers with smoked salmon spread. Same crackers put fig preserve and smoked crumbled blue cheese on it (awesome). Get creative with dinner. Main coarse of your choice but don't rule out a hibatchi and some warm coals. Roast some marshmellows afterwards.
No interuptions, privacy, ORIGINALITY, and if you're lucky there might be a little chill in the air after dinner.  :smt002
If she can handle that then you know your headed down the right path.
Oh yea, don't have to worry about figuring out a tip.  :smt044

Casanova in Carmel.   Super romantic!
+1. Also Joe Rombies in PG, Il Vecchio on Lighthouse Ave. If you like tapas, La Crema on Lighthouse. Many, many others.

All great suggestions. But being a super busy weekend all the big names will be damn near impossible to get into. Mentioned before, but definitely try Il Vecchio on Lighthouse just as you are entering PG. Excellent food, atmosphere, and service!!

I'm sure you and your girl will find a nice place some where in That area. Rocky Point is one of my Favorites places. Further down the cost . Really nice view of the Big Sure Coast.
As some of the servers would say "Just Enjoy" :smt001

Dametra Café; Ocean and Lincoln, Carmel small, romantic, FUN, not to expensive, good food. Memorable experience. Good Yelp reviews so others agree.

Monterey Fish House on Del Monte. Make reservations.

Al

I'll second this one. I eat there every once in a while when I'm in Monterey for work. Their oak-fired wild salmon is delicious! (make sure to ask for the wild caught, little more money but worth it!)
