HOW Columbia shirt order, Orders in by August 9th!!!

H.O.W. procedures make no sense. If each person has to submit his own purchase order, why can't shirts be sent directly to the purchaser instead of sending everything to Don?

Believe me...  I agree with you...   

submitting a purchase order gives me a hard copy of the info I need to transfer to the master order form to send to HOW...

we have 3 paid administration that work part-time in Texas... and they work full time, I sympathies with them and I can understand how they do not have the time to address each order and cost do go up...  that's the best reason I can think of as to why they are doing it this way.

Just to let ya know,,, since we have been working with HOW texas for the last 5 years, there has been no less than 5 different operations manuals...  it's really not their fault as HOW grows and people just wanting to do the right thing, find out that their doing the wrong thing by other people who want to help and know how things should be done....  and things change...

administration wise, it's tough to keep up with and I have to redo many things to make us right...

Good news is, were getting there and things are starting to streamline better, but like I said, I'm still having to catch up with things as things change...

This HOW shirt order has nothing to do with me and I have no way to change how they do things....

it's confusing and a pain, but if anyone wants a shirt, I'll do my best to make it work out...

I love my HOW shirt.

Hope I'm not scaring anyone off from getting a shirt...

it's a little complicated they way HOW National has this set up, but if you want a shirt, well...
