WTB kid yak

Took the family camping last week. Hauled up my kayak and a tandem I borrowed from a good friend of mine. The kids, and wife, absolutely loved it. So I gotta start looking for a yak for my son ( and perhaps a tandem for my daughter and the misses. Anyone? -Matt

What kind of water you intend to use this yak?  Mainly lakes & rivers or ocean?

How big are the kids?  I bought a pair of SOT kids kayaks with the paddles for about $150-175/each.

I bought my son a pelican apex 100 earlier this year for $250. New great starter boat light weight and stable. Max cap. Of 220. He ways in at 100 even and it's perfect for him he can even stand in it.
