Yes it is. My mom has one just like it oddly enough. I got my from the handlebars of my BMX bike. I went of a jump and did what they call an X-up these days, I had no idea what it was called back then. My rubber grips on my handle bars had worn through so the pipe was exposed. So I forget to up X before landing and my chin went straight into the exposed pipe at the end of the handlebar. Good times...
