Legal Question

Howdy folks, I caught some 3-4inch baby perch on the saebiki rig at Lawsons Landing to catch Halibut. I froze the dead ones, thought I'd use em for Lings. Just wondering if anyone knows if you can use them for Salmon. And has anyone heard good or bad? I do not plan on catching anymore perch for bait I don't want to mess with the Perch habitat.

Don't know about the legalities, but you're better off with a herring or anchovy, IMO.
