My brother wrote this article on some winter run fish that are currently trapped in a canal. I hadn't heard about this and apparently it could disrupt the salmon season.

God damn... These poor fish have a lot to go through on their way up the Sac... Imagine what it would be like if the Sac were flowing free and unadulterated!!!
