Looking online, but I'd appreciate some recommendations. Any brand preferences? Want one that is free standing and folds easily for storage and transport. Must fit into my Honda Element. Don't think I need water hookup/sink. Thanks.

Do a search in the Gearing Up or Classifieds sections. It's been discussed earlier.

I personally don't use the faucet setup on mine, but I like having that sink area to wash down all the fish guts and stuff down the hole into the bucket.  But that filet table for $60 is a great deal.

I bought the biggest cutting board I could find.  I put it on top of my recycle bin and cut fish in my back yard.  Then put all the scarp in trash can lined with a plastic trash bag.  I make sure to throw away the stinky stuff the same day (dumpster at local strip mall)  :smt003

Its been working great for years.

I need to remind myself to always put the guts in a trash bag before dumping into the bin.  Our pickup isn't until Wed and boy does it reek when I forget to bag it up!  :smt044

For me, i'm just using a couple saw horses and a long pice of 3/4 plywood.  I whip out my large plastic cutting board in the end for cleaning up the fillets, since the wood isn't very clean  :smt044  Then I just hose it all off into the dirt where my chickens can clean up the rest  :smt003
