It's called "sweet chili sauce" and it's available at all Asian markets.  I also believe Safeway is stocking it now in their ethnic isle.

I have tried this Chuck and it is awesome. First time I tasted it was bendo at mendo. I miss the old days. Molbasser was one of my favorite guys to fish with. Guess Sierra Nevada keeps him busy. See you next week.
