Consider the neighbors as suspects.  Friends had a surfboard stolen off a car in a nicer San Miguel neighborhood.  They cruised the nearby  ghetto the next day and saw it in some tweeker's yard.  Instead of whopping ass NCKA style, they offered to buy it for like $50. 

I hope you find it.  SoMoCo and NorSloCo are covered.

I prefer the reverse game.  Find all the crad you DON't want & toss that in the tweakers yard.  They'll wake up & think they stole it all during the previous nights high.  Endless hours of fun.....

  Andy my bro, so sorry to hear that!  GD tweeking theifs. Obviously they have no idea of the HUGE network of eyes that are now employed through out the state looking for that kayak!  Hopefully someone will see it and let you know where it was!
