Yakima rack system Lefty lever drag reel, booties, FF

Selling this for my sister.
Yakima system. Didn't measure but I believe the bars are 48".
Includes large winddam - set of large Yakima ski racks  - one bike rack.
Towers and ski racks all have locks. My sister couldn't find keys. I was going to stop by Road & Rack to see if they could open ski racks, but I have not had time.
