I've had nothing but FLAKES on CL.  Heard almost every story in the book so far.  Also managed to get on some SPAM list for Russian Brides.  If anyone want's one of those ... I have the link :smt044

You could easily get $400 for this frame and another $3-400 for the groupo, not including the wheelset, handlebar, post, and stem.

I'm a huge fan of the crazy bikes that were made before the UCI put the clamp down on geometry.  I had a Softride beam bike for several years and it always turned heads, esp when i put my Spinergy Rev X's on.

But you ain't getting $400 for 10+ year old parts, even if NOS condition.  Not on CL.
As interesting as the old stuff is, new 10 speed grouppo's are just waaaay too good, functionally and pricewise.
Last year, I purchased a brand new TT bike with Dura Ace drivetrain.  Only $1K.  Dura Ace!  for $1K!!

If you wanna move this bike w/o parting it out, treat the price like Snoop and drop it like its hot.
Of course, I totally hope you prove me wrong and sell it for close to 4 figures.  Good luck FFC

Most of the cost of these bikes is held up in the rarity of the frames & the cult following they have.  They do hit sales spurts and routinely sell for $800-1000 on e-bay & C.L.  Just a couple years ago, they were still holding well at $1200-1500 with only minor upgrades.  $800 is still in the very realistic price range.  $1000 was on the upper end of the market price for this particular bike.

Still holding true with $800....

Looks like all the other ones I currently fins for sale, complete, on craigslist, nationwide, are listed between $800-1000.  Puts me at the "drop it like its hot" price already. :smt003
