Hi everyone,

I've read a few things here about issues with Cowell's when it's busy on the weekends.  Are there specific regulations regarding this?  I don't imagine it being an issue in the morning, but might be coming back mid-day?

Your experiences and info is greatly appreciated, thanks!

As far as I am aware Cowells (the west side of the Santa Cruz pier) is one of two places where kayakers can legally beach launch from in Santa Cruz County. The other leagl beach launch spot is the west side of the Capitola Pier. As for issues on the weekends I am not sure
