Decided against the drive to Lexington as no one was going to join me anyway.

Decided to go to loch lomond, and for some dumb reason arrived at the lake at around 2pm.

Hotter than Hades up there right now.  Easily over 100 degrees.

I don't do very well in the heat.

Launched the new Big Game that Allen loaned me and put it through some paces but it was just too damn hot.

I spent lots of time sitting in the boat in the shade sweating.

I did not have much fun, nor did I catch any fish.

The bass spawn at this lake was epic this year and there are 2-4" bass EVERYWHERE  Loads of bluegill too.  The whole lake is full of small fish in the shallows.

I spent about 2 hours suffering in the heat before I packed it in.
