I just spent the afternoon re wiring for the new Hobie battery tray and wanted to find a way to store the spare rudder pins and some di electric grease. I used a small prescription pill bottle for the grease two plastic tabs and zip ties all mounted to the mast bracket  ( since I am NOT using it and the battery will be mounted in the rear hatch)

I'm a little lost.  Which Hobie model are you making this for?

Its the new battery tray Hobie just came out with. You can use it with the twist and seal hatch

Oh...I see...that's the bottom side of the new Hobie battery holder.  Thanks for sharing your idea Eric.
