How big of a rod would you use on this lure

 since the vandals made short work of the 4x4 post I had, I recently upgraded to a 4x6.

You might want an aircraft cable leader though!

Update of my mailbox finally mounted.been catching lots of junkmail and bills already:)) I didn't think it match well with this plant.when it was mounted there was no leaves I almost ripped it out cause I thought it was dead

  Ugh... how big a cooler do you have?  Anything that hits that lure? I'm not so sure I'd want to be close to!
