This is a continuation of our conversation about water we had in are hulls last weekend at the Hobie AI get to gather, and what I did to improve (not fix) the leak problem. For the front hatch I removed both seal and re-installed then with Goop, I installed cable bushing on the rudder lines, not sure if it made any difference but it made me fill better. And every time I go out I put 303 (Aerospace Protectant) on the front hatch seals and the two 8” hatch seals making sure they are clean and lubed. This trip I like you had several under-water accuracies and at the end of the day I had about a cup or less in the hull. Here are a couple of pics for you before and after of the rudder lines and the parts I used.

For the cable bushing the part # 97-79-513-3 (Amphenol) you can get them at mouser.com

The black nylon flat washers #10 3/8-OD .194-ID I got them at ACE Hardware.

Thanks for the tips Pat.
