Are there any bait shops on the coast that one can hit for live bait for GS7? Coming from Chico I could hit Shelter Cove from either the north or the south (kinda stuck in the middle) I'll be at GS7 the day before...might want to spend a few hours throwing a cast net or fishing a sabiki rig if I cant find live bait anywhere...

Any suggestions?

You don't need live baits to catch fish in Shelter Cove.

If you want to fish live bait just let the fish that bites first stay on until a bigger one bites.  I saw my rod go off today and I was tired of checking it right after I got it down where I wanted it.  So then it went bendo even more and when I reeled it up I had two lings.  One had the other in its mouth sideways.
