Fished just out of Gerstle to the north with a ton of other boats on Saturday July 1.   Tried for salmon and caught another smoothhound shark.  I think I have the shark curse on me or something.  Gave that up after an hour or two and settled for a nice limit of blues and blacks.  Couldn't buy a ling either.  There were so many other rockfish, it was tough to get my gear down below them to get to the lings.  Wind came up and we called it a day.

The good news is the sharks have been getting smaller and smaller since Feb.  Maybe I'm done with my shark experiences. :shark
