Why not? I've seen wild steelhead hit a cigarette butt when they weren't hitting anything else at all.

Why not? I've seen wild steelhead hit a cigarette butt when they weren't hitting anything else at all.

i'm not sure if they'll bite on lazer minnows only thing i've ever caught them on is blue fox and panther martin spinners rapollas and caddis and nymph imitations on the fly.
 and flounder in the port... thats cool.

Thank you for the code abdiver.  I read and reread the regs and could not determine it properly so I had to leave it blank, which is, I'm sure, an infraction.  I have some college but the regs are, many times, beyond my ability to comprehend the written word.  So thanks again.
