Thanks Hojo for the offer.  I will probably need it before I see you next.   The shoulder injury is not that bad it turns out.   Local Dr. said surgery was needed but said I should go to Stanford.  Stanford said I'm actually in good shape and the Radiologist overstated the nature of the bone spurs and arthritis.  Started PT yesterday and I imagine I should be 100% shortly.  I think the biggest thing is to find a proper paddle stroke and focus on that.  I imagine a low angle paddle stoke will be the best as it always seems to be windy.  I should probably take a private lesson from MBK demo a Werner then.
