I just finished the wheel set for my new Tarpon.  As I post this I see a thread on just this application but it warns of possible scupper damage if it woobles in the scupper hole.  I will have to check mine and maybe make some adjustments.  Other than that I think I will be dropping it in the water for the first time this Friday.  Here's a few pics that I'm sure aren't the first ones you've seen of this type of construction...
