Hello guys, looking to buy a Hobie Outback prefer to spend less than $1500-1700.
Anyone selling one or know of a shop with some good deals right now?

Thanks!

Don't know that you'll get new with that budget although it's possible.  Try Adventure Sports in Sacramento.  They're known to wheel and deal.

Your other option is to check with "local" kayak shops as they might be looking to get rid of their 2012 demo boats.  Sunrise Mountain Sports in Livermore comes to mind.  I know they have a used gear sale although not sure when it takes place.  I also know that CCK sales used demo boats.  I get an email from then every so often with a list of used boats for sale.  I know Windtoys is up in your area but not sure if they do the same sort of thing.

Best of luck!

I don't know what they have currently, but Windtoys are really good people to work with... I have purchased two outbacks from them.

adventure sports was great and i got mine at a good price.. being in Santa Rosa i wanted to work with windtoys but he wouldnt budge on his price, but the price was about a 300 dollar diffrence so i found it better to drive a bit to save that much
