^ Don't know where OP launched from, but I've used the ramp at http://www.bandwresort.com/.  It's right next to Georgiana.

I don't ave access to my computer at the moment so I can't map it out for you via Google maps. But if u have a smart phone you can input Georgiana slough fishing access. It will show you where i launch from. You can't camp there overnight but its open from dusk til dawn.
The road to the access is andrus island road. It is located between isleton and walnut grove on the opposite side of highway 160.

Hope this helps. As far as the fishing, i had two short strikes with super jumbo minnows while drifting downstream. Didn't catch anything though. I also tried tossing a jig and senkos by the shoreline for nada. There were a couple times where I was on top of a school, my bait was jumping all over the place and my ff went bezerk but the fish had lockjaw.

Went and looked that spot up after your last post.  Was wondering if that was the spot you were speaking of.  Looks like there are a few parking spots there, any fees?

No fees as far as I could tell. Didn't see an iron ranger or postage.
