no fish to speak of not even a bite on powerbait but I Had 12 beers with ME on ice so I had a lot of fun.

lake fishing on a kayak is nice no big waves clean water no crap less garbage must be real fun if the fish are biting
+ I did not Even put on my lifevest did not know thouse things are so uncomfortable + i had my big giant golf umbrella that i ridged
on the back hatch witch was fully adjustable that made the day no sun burn here  :smt001

would do a lake again but not the dam  :smt013 maybe medo or clearlake my dad lives 5 mi from Shasta that sounds fun to

Duane, :smt010 the place used to be the Number1 spot in N.Cali. for plant-trout until they banned 2-stroke engines and all the fisherman banned the lake, therefore NO Restocking $$ and add the low water level for the past three years and that equals SHI+H@le!Its full of Catfish though! :smt003 BIG ONES :smt007  22lbs on 6lb.line spooled-twice :smt005

That's sad I used to fish it a lot it was a beautiful lake and the fishing very good. What's a matter with EBMUD.

It is LOW!The company that runs it now and others want it to remain open and say it WAS designed to withstand the BIG ONE.The arguement is ongoing and they did not let it fill during the winter. It used to be ran by EBMUD in the Good ol' days.I know of people who sneek in @ night and.... :smt005 danglin,I live in Pinole and have claimed that (now)$#!+Hole my hole life! :smt012

Oh ya!? Well I feel sorry for you...I live so close to it I could piss in it! El Sobrante, translates to "The Left Overs" ,But I love it anyway. And, I will not lay any claim to this lake even though I was a loser bank fisherman there a long time ago before I found my new love, Take care, and when the dam breaks, I'm glad I have the high ground...DANGLIN

It's san pablo dam, you can get there by taking San Pablo dam road off of I-80 or take the orinda turnoff from hw 24 and go left at the bottom. (North)
