If I paddled my kayak out on the ice and fished would it still count for AOTY. Its just water in a different form right?

Nowhere does it say your kayak has to be in water, I'm sure eveyone will be fine with it  :smt002

My only experience ice fishing was at Caples many years ago.
We hand augered 13 different holes for nothing.
Still beats work eh?
