Went to a screening of Chasing Ice at the New Parkway in Oakland last weekend.  The whole film is beautiful, depressing at times though.  There will be no glaciers left in Glacier National Park in Montana in my lifetime.

Quick! Everybody go out and buy a Prius!!

 I can see the forum no problem, don't know about "Apps" yet, our I-pad (4) is still pretty new to us.  Anyhow, just watched the video, it was interesting.  I know that some of those icebergs were HUGE, but one cannot really know how huge they were as there was nothing to compare scale's with.  I know it'd have been a bad day to be hiking on the glacier that day!  I don't want to think about the ramifications of that calving......

This is one I had never seen before.... Truely amazing!  However, I felt bad for the poor sealion...
