A friend of my stopped over tonight to share some moonshine he made out of pineapple and bananas. No kiddin. Mixed it with agave juice, fresh squeezed grapefruit, lime and had to cut it with a bit of water on the rocks. Holy cow... I am not a hard drink type of guy...but that was one great drink.  :smt007

Careful, Buddy!  Don't want to have to take my old friend Dave fishing on a tandem because some funky homebrew blinded him!   :smt002

Sounds more like a wine than moonshine.  Is it distilled or just fermented?  I remember some stuff we made years ago from apples and raisins. I have no idea what the alcohol content was but it definitely got you buzzed!  I hate to admit how long ago it was but I'm sure it was seventy something.

My grandma use to make a brampndy out of peaches, it was all distilled.  The sugar in the fruit helps to get he mash going...was strong but not too sweet, less sweet than bourbon I think.
