150cc scooter

If anyone has one of these chinese 150's this could be a great parts bike, or salvage it up to the road?  I'm not interested in doing anything with it rather spend my time and $$ on the honda trail 90.  I got it from my neighbor and t runs!  Starts right up and hums  (with a battery charge).

Anyone interested cheep?
