Crab Artichoke Dip

This is really simple, but great..always first to go at a party. You can jack it up however you want.
1 lb. crab meat.
1- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese.
1-cup mayo.
1/3 cup chopped onion.
1-13.75 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped.
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
Add some chopped jalapeno if you like it spice
Pre heat oven to 375.
Blend together cream cheese and mayo til smooth. Stir in everything else and put in a glass pie plate or casserole. Bake, uncovered til heated thru, bubbling in the center and just browned. Best on sliced up sourdough baguette or crackers. Try it...you'll like it!!
