Has anyone tried this?  Is freezing the best way to keep them?

they work OK..a bit small so they don't juice quite as well as the bigger salmon or steelie eggs.   you can tie them into small sacs or fish like any other eggs.  you will want to cure them.

I use them for sturgeon, trout, steelhead and salmon.

For sturgeon dry them out a little on a paper towel to toughen up the connective tissue.  Freeze once and do not refreeze.

For the salmonids I use a commercial cure.
