Hobie AI model year questions

Any particular issues with 2008 models? Would an 08 have gen 2 drive? Fair price for an 08 used but not abused?

Check for corrosion around the rigger tubes at the hull.  Great Bass 2 is a wealth of AI info!

Corrosion under the Aka bar feet and hull cracks would be the main thing to check out. You need to use an allen wrench to remove the Aka bars and inspect underneath. Do a google search to find what the market value is on an 08. Do not buy it without checking under the Aka feet. Check the aka bar welds also.
