chef, obviously it's not a common thing. I go to that stand almost every week for years and that's the first time I've seen it.

Patrick said he's got a boat looking for albacore down near morro bay, so maybe there will be albacore at the stand next week?

Sorry randy,  :smt003, it's probably the closest I'm going to get to eat it!  Who else can I share my excitement with but this board?

I'd never had a chance to try it before.  I just made big thick 'fingers', breaded with corn flake crumbs
and seasoned breadcrumbs after egg wash then pan fried it.  It's a good combination of things, moist, firm, sweet taste,
it's a winner.

about 2 weeks ago phil's in moss landing had WSB from mexico. they said they will get it every couple of weeks or so. get it while its there!
