Ana reminded me this morning that we are saving up to take a family trip back to Honduras and Nicaragua this summer, and that is probably right around the time we will be going. I've been pushing to get back to Nicaragua for 7 years now so need to keep my focus on that.

Ana's biological dad is down in Honduras (along with most of her family, and a ton of my family as well) so I really want the girls to get to spend some time with him. I never got to meet either of my biological granddads and really wish I had.

I still have a ton of friends in Nicaragua from my time down there in the Peace Corps (and later bartending) and have not been back since we got married in 2005.
