I thought that I would go out on Sunday 12/16 from Stockton.  Any advice on location for these bad boys would be appreciated, and any company is warmly welcomed!

With the previous weeks storm and this week's big tides, the water will be really churned up with a great amount of debris flowing. Stripers would be hard to find and please be extra careful out there with all that driftwood floating around. Other than that, good luck bro.

drive a little and go to Oneil forebay or port of Sacramento, as said before... Clarity and odds are bad in the delta right now. Debris flows/fast water will make it hazardous.
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!

if you feel comfortable with your car in the area you can fish the port of stockton area.  debris should be cleaned up a bunch from a couple weeks ago when i was there. paddle to the turning basin.

you can launch at louis park or ladd's. ladd's is a little expensive thoug.=h.

you can also try to fish disco...i've heard there's a decent striper bite in there right now.

Thank you all!  My first thought was to go out of Wimpy's and head to the lockes; there are a number of sloughs around that area too.  Might just go to Camanche this weekend and try for line-sides next weekend.

I haven't had any luck with striper over by wimpy's. I've never fished the port of stockton, makes me kind of curious on how good the fishing is there. I fish alot of the sloughs west of I5 from hwy 12 to 8 mile rd. Good luck fishing tomorrow, wish I could go but my wife made plans for tomorrow
