I just got my first 2012 PA 12 and I love it. Other than what comes with it I've already added an elite 5 DSI and got the wheels to roll it around. Im mostly going to use it for nor cal saltwater and bass on Clearlake/Sonoma etc...what are the best add ons or mods that I should really do to make my experience more fun? I know I want a go pro and a mount for it, not sure what else though.

Look into the Hobie livewell (or making your own). The livewell is a great watertight storage for small tackle boxes and gear when not used as a livewell. But when used as intended you can put crab, rockfish, ect. in there and it keeps them nice and fresh.

I didn't think about that for dungies, how many 2lbers could you fit in there? Would they ruin the pump with their claws?

I'm sure they can if they really wanted to. But the design on the Hobie livewell is such that the aerator doesn't stick out much. Also, you can probably just carry rubber bands or a band of electrical tape for the crab claws and you won't have to worry about that. One of our NW guys did a really solid right up on the Hobie livewell. You can check it out if you'd like:
