Oh it was no big deal, everyone has bad days, and I have been treated a lot worse, it was just kinda funny, honestly these days when someone gives you GOOD customer service it is amazingly rare <LOL>

Maybe he dosen't fish fresh water so he didn't know. Or maybe he dosen't fish at all. But he could have directed you to a different person.
