I'm going to Tahoe for a family vacation next week.  We are staying at the Edgelake Beach Club on the North Shore...I think the area is known as Tahoe Vista.  Dates I can fish are from the 19th to the 25th.  I've never fished Tahoe so any Tahoe experts that want a fishing partner, let me know.

...if you see a "yeti-looking" man driving a dark blue full size pick-up truck with a dark green Prowler 13 on the bed, follow him  :smt002 He responds to name "Brad" or "Ice cold coronas" :party

If you don't see him....ask any local and they'll tell you where he is  :smt003

Jim,
If you have a FF and can locate the fish, you might try jigging.  I've had decent success in 100-240ft of water.  Don't bother jigging if your screen is blank, just keep on searching.

4-6oz iron with at least 20 feet of mono topshot on spectra should work fine.

If you don't get bit, it could be small fish below, so look for another spot.

I'm sure the "Tahoe Yeti" has more refined techniques, but the above is a pretty simple proven way.
