Just some goofy stuff that I've been playing with. The more conventional outfitting is yet to come, as I have a couple rod holders and FF on hand, and will be ordering a Hobie 6" hatch and other odds and ends soon.

Pictured below is the "no more wet butt mod", the rear half of an anchor trolley, plus two of the ultimate ghetto fish rulers. Cost of the "no wet butt mod" is about $6 for that amount of minicell. And a small loss of primary stability. But an increase in paddling effectiveness. I'll likely add another layer of minicell, as I find the Scupper Pro to be quite stable.

Cost of the anchor trolley, about $13

Cost of the ghetto rule $0.00:

Below is what I'm calling anchor trolley system version .1   I like using the bungee cord, but in the pictured iteration, the length of bungee is too long, and the cord I tried at first is too small of a diameter. I'll go to 6mm bungie from 3mm, and make it a shorter length. Note that the anchor trolley system is completely removeable, and also tensions the toggle carry handle so that it doesn't bang on the roof of the truck when the kayak is carried upside down.
