I own this camera and would not recommend it. really slow and 25% of pics are worthless.

The Panasonic Lumix tough waterproof ones kick ass.  I've gone through so many of these dam digital cameras that they start feeling like they're disposables, crappy quality.  Have had an orange Lumix for about 2 years now and the thing has held up remarkably despite getting it's ass thoroughly beat down.  They go on sale every now and then.

+1, I love my Panasonic TS4, and the TS3 I had before it. 

That being said, you would be hard pressed to find a better camera than this one for $80.
