Just re-watched this and I noticed the people walking around seem to have a far quicker than normal walking pace. I think the drill bicycle may not be as fast as seemingly represented.

In the video they stated 14mph,  the question is battery life and range under those conditions. if battery life is good the wheel chair looks most practical.

Screw the bike, here is the drive unit which you could build a drive shaft to a prop...anyone seeing what I am seeing in the back of my mind?  a light weight propulsion system easily controlled for significantly less than a torquedo.
