I have a feeling this is just the beginning.  Dale mentioned CO2.  Hmm....  Humans exhale CO2.  Imagine a lifetime limit of CO2 emissions per person.  Ha!! 

What burns CO2?  Plants.  Read somewhere an experiment seeding the ocean with iron so the algae would bloom and reduce the CO2 and generate oxygen.  I think the guy was selling the credits he was able to generate from it...
