I like when she says " I did not pull out in front of a plane".

Hmmm...car has brakes, can stop. Plane, no brakes, has massive momentum.

its like the driver was thinking
"its OK, the plane will stop for us, they don't want to get in an accident"


 a friend of mine in high school drove with the above attitude for years...and about 5 cars!
